Static and dynamic power exercises are targeted to improve muscular tone, as well as to develop a relationship with one’s willpower. Sufficient muscular tone is needed to enlist willpower, and efficient willpower helps to further develop muscular tone.

Muscle tone in the upper body affects posture and impacts on writing skills. Muscle tone in the stomach determines core stability and affects posture. Muscular tone in the leg affects mobility, stability, responsiveness and physical confidence.

The children are asked to push themselves, and then achieve better results every time they perform ‘power exercises’. They fight their fears, self pity and cognitive concepts of what they can do. Over and over again they show themselves they can do better – and more. As a result, they strengthen both their willpower and muscular tone.
